TA Realty unit buys industrial complex in Maryland for $34.5M

A subsidiary of TA Realty LLC paid $34.5 million to buy a 382,720-square-foot warehouse complex off of Interstate 95 at 10000 Franklin Square Dr., in White Marsh, Md., the Baltimore Business Journal reported, citing state records.

According to the report, Chesapeake Beverage is the anchor tenant at the property, having leased 244,656 square feet in part for its beer distribution warehouse.

An aggregate 147,844 square feet of the complex is unoccupied, the publication noted, citing a director at Cushman & Wakefield's Baltimore office, the brokers for the property.
