Bangkok Dec-Con PCL said its normalized net income for the third quarter was 4 satang per share, an increase of 90.0% from 2 satang per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 39.0 million baht, a gain from 19.1 million baht in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin climbed to 12.8% from 6.6% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue increased 5.2% on an annual basis to 304.8 million baht from 289.8 million baht, and total operating expenses fell 6.4% year over year to 242.2 million baht from 258.9 million baht.
Reported net income grew on an annual basis to 54.0 million baht, or 6 satang per share, from 25.2 million baht, or 3 satang per share.
