Endless exits UK-based ambulance manufacturer

Endless LLP exited O&H Vehicle Technology, formally known as Oughtred & Harrison (Facilities) Ltd., through a management buyout led by Managing Director Oliver North with the support of businessman Ken Davy, Insider Media Ltd. reported.

In connection with the deal, Davy and Sarah Turvey will join the company as chairman and board member, respectively, according to the report.

The private equity firm, which bought the U.K.-based ambulance maker in 2016, tapped North to lead the business in January, the report noted.

Park Place Corporate Finance, Eversheds Sutherland and BDO advised the purchaser, while Womble Bond Dickinson advised the management and Walker Morris offered advice to Endless.
