Manulife Financial makes senior management changes in Hong Kong

Manulife Financial Corp. announced senior appointments in Hong Kong.

The company named William Man chief information officer and chief operations officer. Man will be responsible for leading Manulife Hong Kong's information technology and digital execution strategies, as well as core insurance operations such as underwriting, claims and customer service functions. Most recently, he served as the interim chief information officer and chief operations officer of Manulife Hong Kong.

The company appointed Ivan Chan chief partnership distribution officer. Chan will be heading Manulife's partnership distribution function in Hong Kong and overseeing the distribution of the company's products. He was most recently vice president and head of business development and distribution operations for Manulife Hong Kong.

Additionally, Selina Ko was promoted to chief human resources officer in Hong Kong and head of employee relations in Asia.
