QIC fund sells Australia mixed-use property to Shayher Group for A$395M

QIC Global Real Estate sold an integrated development in Brisbane to Taiwanese-owned Shayher Group for A$395 million, IPE Real Assets reported.

The divested mixed-use complex, Q&A Centre, is 79%-leased to tenants including the Commonwealth of Australia, National Australia Bank Ltd. and Citibank, the report said.

Shayher Group currently has a pipeline of projects in Australia valued at more than A$1 billion, it added.
