Old Dominion Electric Cooperative names new president, CEO

Old Dominion Electric Cooperative on Feb. 23 named Marcus Harris as president and CEO, effective April 2.

Harris was selected by a search committee formed in July 2017 after Jackson Reasor announced his plans to retire as president and CEO, effective Jan. 15, 2018. Reasor served the cooperative for 19 years.

Harris joins Old Dominion Electric from Kansas Electric Power Cooperative Inc., where he served as executive vice president and CEO since 2014. He also held managerial roles in SCANA Corp. utility South Carolina Electric & Gas Co.
