Comstock Metals Ltd. said May 15 that President, CEO and director David Terry resigned from his roles, to be replaced by director Steven Goldman as interim president and CEO.
In addition, Ken Kuchling and Douglas Turnbull resigned as directors.
The company said Terry, Kuchling and Turnbull left to pursue other interests. Comstock has begun the process to fill the vacancies.
In April, Comstock signed an option to acquire the 662-hectare Rawhide cobalt-silver property in northern Ontario, which includes five mining claims, in a cash and shares deal.
