Novae Group Plc named Ross Louden to serve as divisional head of casualty, the group told Intelligent Insurer in a written statement.

Louden, who is deputy divisional head for casualty, replaces Bob Patten, who is leaving the firm after two years in the role.

Novae operates a property and casualty insurance/reinsurance business through Lloyd's of London Syndicate 2007.
