Panama's Leasing Banistmo to offer $30M in corporate bonds

Panama's Leasing Banistmo SA on May 29 will offer corporate bonds worth $30 million, according to a filing.

The bonds will yield at an annual interest rate of 3.80% and have a term of four years. They will be issued May 31.

Funds from the offering will be used to grant financial leases and, in general, be invested in the issuer's regular business.

The bonds have an AA+.pa rating from Equilibrium Calificadora de Riesgo SA.

The offering is part of the issuer's $150 million rotating corporate bond program.
