Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. on Nov. 1 completed its deal to acquire Silicon Graphics International Corp. for a transaction value of $267.9 million.
The company offered $7.75 per share for the stake.
In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. was the financial adviser for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Sidley Austin LLP was the legal adviser.
Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP was the legal adviser for Silicon Graphics International.
