Ericsson chief legal officer to retire; replacement named

Ericsson appointed Xavier Dedullen as senior vice president, chief legal officer and head of legal affairs and compliance, replacing Nina Macpherson.

Dedullen, who was group general counsel and chief compliance officer for LafargeHolcim Ltd., will also be part of Ericsson's executive team.

Erik Ekudden was also appointed senior vice president and member of Ericsson's executive team. Ekudden is the chief technology officer for the company.

Macpherson will retire March 31, while the Dedullen and Ekudden appointments will be effective April 1.
