Report: UniBank (Ghana) names managing director

UniBank (Ghana) Ltd. named Kwabena Duffuor II managing director, subject to approval from the Bank of Ghana, Citi Business News reported, citing a letter signed by the bank's chairman, Opoku-Gyamfi Boateng.

Duffuor, who serves as COO of the Ghanaian lender, will replace Felix Nyarko-Pong, whose term at the bank ends June 1, according to the news source. Nyarko-Pong has been in the role since 2011.
