Hong Kong-based investment management firm Rayliant Global Advisors has acquired U.S.-based Fusion Investment Group LLC, the Pittsburgh Business Times reported Sept. 5, citing George Matta, director of government services.
Rayliant Global Advisors completed the acquisition in July, but did not disclose the terms of the deal.
Following the acquisition, Fusion Investment will serve as the Pittsburgh office of Rayliant Global Advisors, effective Sept. 11.
Fusion Investment president, CEO and chief investment officer Scott Dooley will serve as managing director of the new local office, Matta said, adding that the company plans to add two to three sales and support staff in the Pittsburgh office by the end of 2018. The office currently employs four staff.
