Technopolis proposes lower annual dividend

Technopolis Plc's board proposed an annual dividend payment of 9 euro cents per share, down from its current payout of 12 cents per share.

The office-focused property developer and operator said in its fourth-quarter 2017 earnings release that the dividend will be paid from its distributable funds.
