Inland Homes files planning application for its largest project

Inland Homes PLC filed an outline planning application for up to 1,853 homes and more than 18,000 square meters of commercial, retail, community, leisure and education space at Cheshunt Lakeside in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, U.K.

The company is a majority landowner of the 30-acre site, which has a gross development value of roughly £650 million. The project would be Inland Homes' largest to date.

The brownfield regeneration specialist noted that it acquired the original 13-acre site, which includes the former Tesco headquarters, through a 50/50 joint venture in July 2016 and has since taken control of additional parcels included in the application.
