Inspira Financial appoints 2 largest shareholders to board

Inspira Financial Inc. appointed Michael Dalsin and Roger Greene to its board, with the latter also being named CEO.

Dalsin and Greene are the company's two largest shareholders. Their appointments were made in light of the condition of the company, which still has millions in cash and a limited amount of impaired loans outstanding, according to a news release.

The company also said Jaime Gerber has stepped down as a director and interim CEO. Brian Chevalier-Jordan has also stepped down as a director.
