Shipping and logistics company UPS purchased an industrial site comprising six waterfront parcels in Red Hook, N.Y., for $303 million, The Real Deal reported, citing a city filing.
The seller of the site, which offers up to 1.2 million buildable square feet, was industrial landlord Sitex Group.
The properties include 44 Ferris St., 219 Sullivan St., 100 Ferris St., 242 Coffey St., 68 Ferris St. and 300 Coffey St.
The publication could not retrieve a comment from Sitex on the matter as of press time.
