RealPage buys Investor Management Services

RealPage Inc. bought Investor Management Services LLC, or IMS, for an undisclosed amount.

RealPage provides software and data analytics to the real estate industry, while IMS provides an investor relationship management platform.

RealPage aims to incorporate the business into its Asset & Investment Management platform. The merged entity will service about 600 general partners backing approximately 90,000 limited partners.

IMS employees are expected to keep their jobs, and its operations will remain in Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C.
