Catena in final talks with Coop Logistik to buy asset, build warehouse in Sweden

Catena AB is in final negotiations with Coop Logistik AB to acquire a property and construct an automated warehouse in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

The buyer plans to buy a part of the asset at Aspestahult 1:1 in Eskilstuna Logistik Park and build a 105,000-square-meter automated warehouse for an estimated total investment between 3.7 billion kronor and 3.9 billion kronor.

The industrial facility is expected to be operational in 2023 based on the current schedule.

As of Jan. 9, US$1 was equivalent to 9.50 Swedish kronor.
