Banco RCI Brasil taps new chairman

The board of Banco RCI Brasil SA on March 19 named Jean-Philippe Jacques Maurice Vallée to be its new chairman, replacing Géraud Henri Louis Lecerf.

Vallée, who serves as vice president for customers and operations at parent company RCI Banque SA, will hold the position until the board meets after the Brazilian bank's annual shareholder meeting, according to a regulatory filing.

Lecerf had been appointed chairman in January.
