Florida East Coast Industries, subsidiary offload warehouse for $32.7M

Florida East Coast Industries LLC, together with its subsidiary Flagler Global Logistics LLC, sold a new 190,850-square-foot warehouse in the South Florida Logistics Center in Miami-Dade County, Fla., to JP Morgan Asset Management for roughly $32.7 million, South Florida Business Journal reported.

Amazon.com Inc. is the main tenant at the 3200 NW 67th Ave. property, which was sold by SFLC Building 9 LLC to SFLC Industrial Owner 9 LLC, according to the report. The former entity is a part of Florida East, and the latter is part of JP Morgan.
