Aspen Square sells Tampa, Fla., multifamily asset for $43.2M

Aspen Square Management Inc. sold the 384-unit Allister Place multifamily asset in Tampa, Fla., to a joint venture between GMF Capital LLC and Michaelson Group LLC for $43.2 million.

The buyer also secured a $34.6 million, 10-year Freddie Mac loan for the property at 4939 E. Busch Blvd., according to Berkadia, which brokered the transaction.
