Fubon Life Insurance buys Eurotower office building in Frankfurt for €575M

Taiwan-based Fubon Life Insurance Co. Ltd. acquired the Eurotower office skyscraper in Frankfurt for roughly €575 million, marking the company's its fifth European real estate property purchase, Focus Taiwan News Channel reported, citing a statement from Fubon.

The 1977-built office building rises 40 stories in Frankfurt's financial district and formerly housed the European Monetary Institute.

Fubon also owns the Ellipse building in Brussels, which it acquired in 2016, and three other buildings on London, according to the Dec. 24 report.
