Argentine VC firm Kaszek collects $600M across 2 funds

Kaszek Ventures raised $600 million across two funds, Reuters reported, citing the Argentina-based venture capital group.

Kaszek secured $375 million for its early-stage platform and $225 million for a fund dedicated to more advanced companies. The fundraising was initiated mid-June, Kaszek co-founder Nicolas Szekasy reportedly said in a statement.

The firm has backed more than 70 companies, including financial technology company Nu Pagamentos SA, or Nubank, and Volanty Tecnologia e Serviços Veiculares Ltda., an online marketplace for used cars, according to the report.
