Access Industries is chaired by its founder, British-American billionaire Len Blavatnik. The company, through its subsidiaries, owns stakes in companies such as Warner Music Group Corp. and Perform Group Ltd. Insight Partners is a venture capital and private equity firm that usually invests in tech companies.
