Kasikornbank to raise US$800M in Tier 2 notes

Kasikornbank PCL plans to raise US$800 million by issuing Tier 2 subordinated notes.

The notes mature in 2031 and carry an interest rate of 3.343%, according to a Sept. 23 release.

They are set to be issued Oct. 2 under the bank's US$2.5 billion Euro medium-term note program, and listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
