Banco Finansur plans bond issuance worth up to 45M pesos

Banco Finansur SA's board has called a shareholders meeting for Feb. 10 to approve the issuance of subordinated negotiable bonds worth up to 45 million Argentine pesos, the bank said in a securities filing Jan. 19.

The bonds will have a minimum period of seven years from their date of issue.

Shareholders will also be asked to authorize the board to decide on the conditions and timing of the issuance.

As of Jan. 19, US$1 was worth 15.98 Argentine pesos.
