Trevali Mining CEO, chairman resigning

Trevali Mining Corp. President and CEO Mark Cruise and Chairman Mike Hoffman plan to step down, and the company formed a transition committee to oversee the process.

The zinc-focused company said Jan. 17 that both executives will continue in their current roles until successors are appointed.

Trevali's assets include the Perkoa mine in Burkina Faso, the Rosh Pinah mine in Namibia, the Caribou mine in New Brunswick and the Santander mine in Peru.
