Banco Nacional de Costa Rica taps deputy head of risk, credit

Banco Nacional de Costa Rica appointed financial director Gustavo Vargas Fernández to be its new deputy general manager of risk and credit, replacing Benardo Alfaro Arayahas.

Vargas' term will last for six years, ending July 1, 2024.
