Vestas to supply 328 MW of wind turbines in Norway

Danish turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems A/S received a contract to supply 328 MW of turbines for multiple wind projects in Norway.

The contract involves the supply of the company's 4-MW platform turbine variants and covers installation and commissioning of the machines. The order includes a five-year service agreement.

Vestas did not disclose financial and other details of the order in the Dec. 31, 2018, news release. The company expects to begin installation in 2020 and 2021.
