Japan's Juroku Bank Ltd. appointed Akihide Ishiguro and Yuji Kume directors on its board.
Ishiguro is an executive officer and general manager of the bank's corporate administration division. Kume was nominated an outside director, according to a June 1 release. The nominations are subject to the approval of the bank's shareholders.
In addition, the bank declared a dividend of ¥80 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, consisting of an interim dividend of ¥45 per share and a final dividend of ¥35 per share.
The dividend translates to ¥8 per share prior to the company's 1-for-10 reverse stock split, effective Oct. 1, 2017, up from the previous fiscal year's total dividend of ¥7 per share. The dividend will be paid June 25.
As of June 1, US$1 was equivalent to ¥109.44.
