Report: BBVA issues €1B bond

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA issued a €1 billion bond, Cbonds reported Feb. 3.

The notes carry a coupon of 3.5% and mature Feb. 10, 2027.

BBVA, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Société Générale served as book runners on the deal.
