ENGIE closes deal to acquire 95% of Solairedirect

ENGIE SA on July 30 completed its deal to acquire 95% of Solairedirect SA for a transaction value of €237.5 million.

The company offered €9.45 per share for the stake.

In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.

BNP Paribas SA was the financial adviser for ENGIE, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP was the legal adviser.

Citigroup Inc. and Deutsche Bank AG (France) were the financial advisers for Solairedirect, while Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. was the legal adviser.
