Fitch: Shenzhen Investment unit issues US$700M of notes

Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co. Ltd. unit SIHC International Capital Ltd. issued US$700 million of senior unsecured notes in two tranches, Fitch Ratings said Dec. 12.

The company issued US$400 million of 3.95% notes due 2021 and US$300 million of 4.35% notes due 2023.

The company will use proceeds from the debt issuance to refinance offshore indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
