Iran's Bank Pasargad to open branch in Mumbai

The Indian government has allowed Iran's Bank Pasargad PLC to open a branch in Mumbai, Press Trust of India reported Jan. 8, citing Nitin Gadkari, a union minister.

The Iranian bank will open the new Mumbai branch within the coming three months, Gadkari said following a meeting with Iran's foreign minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif.
