Shutterstock, IBM team up to use AI for media campaigns

Shutterstock Inc. teamed up with International Business Machines Corp. to use artificial intelligence to make media campaigns more engaging.

Using IBM's Watson AI technology, marketing professionals can locate the required image from Shutterstock's library of more than 200 million assets, customize it using Shutterstock Editor and create campaigns, the company said May 17.

Shutterstock's images, video clips and a curated collection of music tracks will now be available through the Watson Content Hub.

Shutterstock, directly and through its group subsidiaries, is a global provider of licensed photographs, vectors, illustrations, videos and music to businesses, marketing agencies and media organizations around the world.
