Macquarie Infrastructure names 3 new directors

Macquarie Infrastructure Corp. CEO Christopher Frost is joining the company's board, replacing his predecessor James Hooke.

Hooke resigned from the board on Sept. 5, according to a Sept. 6 news release.

The company also appointed Amanda Brock and Maria Jelescu Dreyfus as independent directors. The appointments expand the number of board members to nine from seven.

Brock and Dreyfus are expected to serve as members of the Audit, Nominating and Governance and Compensation committees.

Brock currently serves as COO of Solaris Water Midstream, while Dreyfus is currently CEO of Ardinall Investment Management.
