Missouri-based Enterprise Financial Services boosts dividend

Clayton, Mo.-based Enterprise Financial Services Corp.'s board approved a quarterly dividend of 18 cents per common share, higher than the previous payout of 17 cents per common share.

The dividend will be paid March 31 to shareholders of record as of March 16.

The company reported 2019 fourth-quarter net income of $29.1 million, or $1.09 per share, higher than $23.5 million, or $1.02 per share, in the year-ago period.
