Japan's ORIX to issue US$500M of senior notes

Japan's ORIX Corp. decided to issue US$500 million worth of senior unsecured notes due Jan. 16, 2024.

The notes will bear an interest rate of 4.05% per annum. The issue price will be 99.915% of the principal amount, with Jan. 16 as the payment date.

The company said it has filed a shelf registration with the U.S. SEC for the issuance.
