Banco del Estado de Chile made two international placements for a total of $195 million, the bank said in a filing.
The bank debuted in the Hong Kong market with a 15-year issuance worth $76 million, followed by a second offering in the Japanese market, with a 10-year term and worth $119 million.
Daiwa and Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley advised the bank on the Japanese issuance while HSBC did the same for the Hong Kong notes.
