3 execs join National Holdings subsidiaries

National Holdings Corp. has added three executives to National Securities Corp. and National Asset Management Inc.

Donald Runkle was named executive vice president and chief supervisory officer, Robert Bowman joined as managing director and national sales manager and Thomas Kowalczyk became managing director of investment solutions.

Runkle was previously director of consulting services at the law firm Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP. Bowman was most recently partner and managing director at investment adviser Snowden Capital Advisors LLC, which does business as Snowden Lane Partners. Kowalczyk joined from a privately held registered investment advisory in Texas, where he was senior vice president of advisory services.
