St. Louis Fed OKs Simmons Bank's application to merge with Landmark Bank

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis on Jan. 9 approved the application of Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Simmons Bank to merge with Columbia, Mo.-based Landmark Bank.

Upon completion of the merger, Landmark Bank's branches will be retained as branches of Simmons Bank.

Simmons Bank and Landmark Bank are both units of Simmons First National Corp.
