Fidus Investment note offering underwriters fully exercise overallotment option

Underwriters of Fidus Investment Corp.'s offering of 5.375% notes due 2024 with principal of $55 million fully exercised their overallotment option to purchase an additional $8.3 million of the notes.

Inclusive of the underwriters' option, the business development company received net proceeds of about $61.0 million in the offering.

Keefe Bruyette & Woods was the sole book runner of the offering, while BB&T Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott, Ladenburg Thalmann, B. Riley FBR and Oppenheimer & Co. were the co-leads. National Securities Corp. was the co-manager of the offering.
