IFF appoints new CFO after merger deal with DuPont's nutrition arm

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. appointed Rustom Jilla as CFO, days after the company announced its $26.2 billion merger with DuPont de Nemours Inc.'s nutrition and biosciences arm.

Jilla's appointment is effective Jan. 20, 2020. He will succeed Richard O'Leary, who will remain in the company's executive committee and will serve as integration officer in connection with the merger.

Moody's revised IFF's outlook to negative from stable following the merger announcement, citing the significant size of the transaction and integration risks.
