Walton Street Capital LLC pulled in $415 million for its second real estate debt fund at first closing.

The vehicle, called Walton Street Real Estate Debt Fund II LP, did not disclose a fundraising target. It received the capital from six investors, according to a Sept. 27 filing.

The Chicago-based private real estate investment firm has invested or committed to invest about $10 billion of equity in approximately 350 real estate transactions in the U.S. and abroad, according to its website.
