First Liberty National Bank promotes execs

Texas-based First Liberty National Bank promoted several of its executives, the Houston Chronicle reported March 27.

As previously announced, Kelly Stretcher has taken over the chief executive post from Paul Henry.

Also promoted were David Castle, to executive vice president and deposit services manager, and Jerry Ursprung, to executive vice president and CFO, according to the publication. Castle currently serves as secretary to the board and Ursprung has been senior vice president and cashier since 2008.

The First Liberty National Bancshares Inc. unit also named two new senior vice presidents — Jill Anslum for retail banking and organizational development and Jonathan Galeano for enterprise risk management and operations, the Houston Chronicle reported.
