Canada's Crop Infrastructure gets US trading clearance

Vancouver, British Columbia-based Crop Infrastructure Corp. said its shares were certified as eligible by The Depository Trust Co. for trading and settlement in the U.S. OTC market, effective June 12.

The shares traded under the CRXPF ticker, and The Depository Trust Co. will facilitate the electronic settlement of transfers of the shares in the U.S.

Crop CEO Michael Yorke said the company plans to advance to a more senior exchange in the future.

Crop leases real estate facilities to licensed cannabis producers and processors.
