Coastal FCU vice chair retires

Coastal Federal Credit Union Vice Chair Richard Bloom has retired, according to the Raleigh, N.C.-based institution's blog.

Bloom worked at IBM for 36 years as a programmer, programmer analyst, programming manager, test system engineering manager and mechanical design automation manager.

His vice chair duties at Coastal FCU will be assumed by board member Deron Rossi.
