Jayjun Co. Ltd. said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to a loss of 332.28 South Korean won per share, compared with a loss of 1,171.88 won per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of 2.50 billion won, compared with a loss of 1.57 billion won in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin rose to negative 77.3% from negative 143.2% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue rose on an annual basis to 3.24 billion won from 1.10 billion won, and total operating expenses rose year over year to 6.54 billion won from 2.82 billion won.
Reported net income came to a loss of 4.71 billion won, or a loss of 625.60 won per share, compared to a loss of 2.51 billion won, or a loss of 1,875.00 won per share, in the year-earlier period.
As of Nov. 20, US$1 was equivalent to 1,151.89 South Korean won.
