Vanke Property expects 260% YOY rise in H1'18 attributable profit

Vanke Property (Overseas) Ltd.'s board said the company expects, based on a preliminary review of unaudited consolidated management accounts, an increase in profit attributable to shareholders of "no less than 260%" for the six months ended June 30 compared to the comparable year-ago period.

The boost is mainly attributable to a significant gain in the fair value of the company's investment properties.

The interim results of the China Vanke Co. Ltd. subsidiary are expected to be published in August.
